Okay, now let’s talk about Autumn and Blake’s big day on October 17th 2020. I could see just how nervous Autumn was when I entered the Bridal Cabin but her nervous were more of the large crowd she would be in front of, never about marrying Blake. That was something she has waited her whole life for and finally the day had came and everyone was super excited! Autumn was surrounded by all her best friends and closest family members. I first met Allison & Ben at their best friends, Laura and Jared Dye, wedding. Allison was Laura’s Maid of honor and was an amazing one at that and Ben was known as the guy in the cool shirt who dances good. Taylor and I arrived at Katie’s Parent’s house which was only a few miles away from the venue, and our breath was taken away at the sight of Katie! She looked like a Princess and her dress was absolutely to die for! Copper Roux was such an elegant venue. Collin is truly Olivia’s soul mate because once I left the women to go check on the men, he was just as relaxed as she was. It was apparent that this was meant to be for them and they were both more than ready to be connected through the bond of marriage. The whole day was perfect. It wasn’t to hot and even though it was a little windy, it cooled the air around us so that it was a comfortable temperature. The sun set perfectly behind them as they said their vows. The food was unbelievable. Like I said, it was the perfect day.

Imagine a tiny cabin in the woods. A home overflowing with plants. Where we dry our laundry on the clothes line out back. We wake before the sun, stay up late reading, nap during the late afternoon in a hammock. We have a garden full of flowers, herbs, vegetables and berries. We go on picnics regularly by a nearby river. We have little reason to ever leave our home tucked deep inside the forest. A place where both animals and children roam wildly.
I think for us, getting married in the woods was a must, just felt right and apart of our love story.
