Katie and Jarrod’s wedding day was absolutely magical! Taylor and I arrived at Katie’s Parent’s house which was only a few miles away from the venue, and our breath was taken away at the sight of Katie! She looked like a Princess and her dress was absolutely to die for! Copper Roux was such an elegant venue. Taylor and I absolutely loved the warmth inside the building and it truly made for the perfect wedding venue for Katie and Jarrods big day.
Jarrod seemed a little nervous but more anxious than anything to see his bride. The moment his eyes laid upon Katie, I saw the sweetest twinkle and smile upon his face. I mean, the Groom even sang to his Bride after they read their sweet personal vows to one another. It was hard to have dry eyes during the ceremony.
Katie’s brother recited the most beautiful poem that I wanted to add to this Blog.
The florals were to die for, which by the way Danielle is absolutely incredible not only at her gift with florals but as a person. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend her. The food was unbelievable and the DJ provided some awesome tunes for the night. They even had the cutest Cakes and Cupcakes and provided sugar free options which was a first for me. I loved that!
A tip from the Bride with planning a wedding during a Pandemic:
”The tips and tricks for planning during a pandemic are just don’t get too comfortable and learn to compromise and go with the flow. At the end of the day the most important thing is the two of you being married.”
Everything went perfectly and the wedding day was absolutely beautiful. Katie and Jarrod have such a wonderful connection, their love shines throughout every image and it was an honor for Taylor and I to capture their big day.
